＜代表者プロフィール＞

1990年生まれ　静岡県立清水東高校(サッカー部)、京都大学工学部建築学科、同大学院景観設計学専攻卒
スイス・ローザンヌにて設計事務所Burckhardt+PartnerSA勤務後、(株)平成建設へ入社。現場職人・設計・営業・企画職を経て、遊休不動産再生と地方創生の推進を志し株式会社KAI堂を設立。スポーツ×地方創生に取り組む清水クロスのマネージャーを務める。趣味は銭湯・旅・サッカー。

Born in 1990, graduated from Shizuoka Prefectural Shimizu East High School (Soccer Club) and later from Kyoto University’s Faculty of Engineering, Department of Architecture, followed by a master’s degree in Landscape Design at the same university.

After working at the architectural firm Burckhardt+Partner SA in Lausanne, Switzerland, he joined Heisei Construction Co., Ltd., where he gained experience in on-site craftsmanship, design, sales, and planning. With a passion for revitalizing underutilized real estate and regional revitalization, he established KAI堂 Co., Ltd.
